I am teaching again this year at the Holi Festival of Colors in Spanish Fork, UT the last weekend in March. The Holi Festival marks the beginning of Spring, and is celebrated all over the world by throwing colored chalk on one another. In the US, this festival has been around for years, but recently has been exploding in popularity. At the Hare Krishna temple in Spanish Fork, we see around 80,000 people come to the festival during the weekend- all ages, all religions. It is a high vibration event that oozes happiness and community, with dancing, hugs, delicious vegetarian food, yoga, and music from acts like DJ Drez and MC Yogi.
Not in Utah? No biggie! The festival put on by the Hare Krishna temple in UT goes on the road all over the US to spread the love. Check out the website at www.festivalofcolorsusa.com
